How it travels

In the box

A full line ships in a printed gift box with the drawstring pack inside it. Straps, ratchets, strap covers, carabiners and every obstacle travel together; nothing is sent separately. Attachments and indoor items ship in their own packaging.

Who carries it

Carriage, tracking and delivery windows are handled by the partner store that fulfils our product listing. The estimate shown on the listing at the moment you order is the one that applies — we do not set it and we cannot speed it up.

When it arrives

Unpack and count against the parts list before the first install, especially the carabiners, which are small and easy to leave in the box. If something is short, raise it through the listing where the order sits.

Going abroad

Where the listing offers delivery outside the United States, duties and import charges are set by the destination country and are shown at checkout, not by us.
